The Challenge
A returning residential client on Daniel Island noticed a persistent foul odor and visible mold spreading across the 30-foot ceilings of his home. Due to the extreme ceiling height, he was unable to inspect or clean the area safely. The Approach
BioSweep Southeast began by using thermal imaging technology to assess behind the drywall. The scan revealed insulation voids but didn’t fully explain the moisture and mold growth. To uncover the true source, our team used scaffolding to safely open the high ceilings and conduct an in-depth inspection. The Results
